Finicky renters please apply. Unwind and relax in this light filled contemporary 2 level home on the pond! Open family room/dining area/kitchen allow for great entertaining. Dine out on the deck or lower patio in this quiet tranquil setting. The first floor has 2 bed/2 baths. The lower finished level is full of windows with a walkout to the patio. It has a 3rd lg bedroom and full bath. Also a huge family room with TV, games and activites for the kids. A washer/dryer room is also adjacent. Enjoy evening walks from the private cul de sac to town for dining or shopping, the beach is 1.2 miles away. Enjoy fishing or boating on the pond, just walk down to the pond to launch your canoe or kayak or throw in a line. Schoolhouse pond is one of the best fishing spots in Brewster. No pets or SMOKING allowed in or on the premises. This home was built in 1995 and has no musty cape smells! Master has a brand new king bed, 2nd bedroom has a double and a twin. Brand new carpets also. The lower level bedroom has a king and a twin bed. A/C units in all bedrooms and a lg unit in the main familyroom. Fully stocked kitchen, micro wave, bosch dishwasher, Weber grill for outdoor grilling. Outdoor shower, basketball hoop for the kids on the cul de sac.
